Selina joined the Public Policy Group in 2017. She received her B.A. in English and German Literature and Linguistics from the University of Basel in 2010 and her M.A. in English Linguistics from the University of Lausanne in 2014. 

Before joining the Public Policy Group, Selina worked as a research assistant at the University of Zurich's Political Science Institute and as an aid organisation representative in asylum seekers' federal hearings. In addition to her work at the Public Policy Group, Selina teaches General Education and German as a Second Language at a vocational school.
